System Boiler
A system boiler works with a hot water cylinder (stored in an airing cupboard) but does not require a cold water tank in the loft. Step 3 — Fixed Quote: We provide a written fixed-price quote covering the boiler unit, all fittings, flue, controls, and installation labour. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. No additions on the day.
Step 4 — Installation Day: Our Gas Safe engineers arrive on time and get to work. We protect your floors, work cleanly, and keep disruption to a minimum. Most installs are completed in a single day.

Is your work Gas Safe certified?
Yes. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered (certificate number: 934668). All gas work is legally required to be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We provide the Gas Safe certificate with every installation.
What warranty do I get?
Most new boilers come with a manufacturer warranty of 7 to 10 years on parts, provided the boiler is serviced annually by a Gas Safe engineer. On top of this, we provide a 12-month labour warranty on all installation work. We can also register your warranty with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Which boiler brand do you recommend?
We recommend Worcester Bosch for most homes — they have the best reliability record and warranty support in the UK. For budget-conscious installs, Ideal and Baxi are solid choices. We will advise you based on your home and circumstances, not a sales preference.
Can you install a boiler in a flat?
